As we all know, honey comes from the nectar, the juice in the flower, which is mysteriously converted by the bee into honey. Our Avocado honey is not a blend, but is the nectar of the flower - that which the bee has converted into honey. No blending with the actual avocado (no guacamole), this is honey... which comes from the flower, which comes before the fruit, which has to be cross-pollinated in order to have fruit.
